SO2 OUTFITS Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
– Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging (including the SO2 bag, if applicable).
– Items marked as final sale or customized/personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Worn, washed, or damaged items.
– Items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
– Underwear, socks, or any intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
– Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale.
3. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to process an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a refund based on your preference.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
If your return is due to a mistake on our end, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Store Credit Option
If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund for future purchases.
Store credits do not expire.
