2. Friday Deliveries:

– **No Deliveries on Fridays:**
Any order placed on **Thursday before 3:00 PM** will be delivered on **Saturday**.
Orders placed and confirmed on **Thursday after 3:00 PM** will be delivered on **Sunday**.

3. Delivery Coverage and Fees:

– **Nationwide Delivery:**
We deliver across **all of Egypt**, including Cairo and other regions. Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

– **Correct Address Requirement:**
Please ensure you provide the **correct delivery address** when placing your order to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

4. Delivery Attempts:

– If a delivery associate is unable to contact the customer or the customer refuses to accept the order, the customer will be charged the **full delivery fee** for the failed attempt.

– Our delivery associate will contact you prior to arrival to confirm the delivery time.
– Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the delivery location and other unforeseen factors.
